RETURN POLICY

ALL sales are  considered final at the time of delivery. Warranties are the responsibility of  the manufacturer. NO cash refunds are offered. Store credit may be issued in lieu of cash refunds, or exchanges may be made of like product by the same  manufacturer. Exchanges are for in store purchases only. Sales Invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in  the original packaging and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for  all shipping charges. No refund on electrical items or special orders.  Manufacturer’s warranty ONLY. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Certain products are not intended for highway use, these products are sold for show, race, or off-road use only.

SPECIAL ORDERS

For special  orders, full payment is expected at time of order. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Special orders may take anywhere between 4 to  16 weeks.

BACKORDERS

Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks. Backorders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

BODY KITS & AFTER MARKET PARTS

Actual parts may differ from pictures on our web site. Every after market part, which includes; body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc. require modification for  installation. This work needs to be performed by a trained professional or a  body shop. In case customers decide to do the installation  themselves,Totally Twisted Creationswill not accept any returns and will not issue a refund on these items.

DAMAGES

Damaged  products received, through the negligence of the shipping company, and are  directly delivered to the customer:  These damages should be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours after receipt. Failure to do so, may result in customer being held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember, do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to  personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. Totally Twisted Creationsis not liable  for any damaged products received. It is between the shipping company and the  customer to resolve.
